My passion for key accounting & new business development
My passion for key account management is based on my interest in products and services. As an industrial designer with a degree in craftsmanship, I believe that products and services work best when they come into contact with customers. This is where it is decided whether offers are attractive and saleable. On this basis, Key Account lives from conviction, trust and the right strategy.
Empathy & passion for sales
First an organ builder, then an industrial designer, now specialising in key accounts and new business in the B2B sector – my professional experience builds on and complements the background that is so important in sales.
In my projects, some customer contacts require being available over longer periods of time, others require close involvement in the team and still others have strategic requirements. I advise selected customers in the areas of R&D and Innovation and innovation. As a result, I not only have an insight into technical contexts, but am also trained to communicate about products and offers that require explanation. A real help in sales tasks.
